I made this for my cousin who was scrapbooking her Arizona pics. This was made with Base Camp, George, Pooh, and Paper Dolls. The sun is Pooh which could be switched out for the Mickey and Friends sun. I really love how this turned out.

I just love these. For the cacti, I took the advice of someone on the cricut mb and pierced the cut from the back to create the effect of a cactus. Also, I used green and white stickes for the margarita. Looks just like it has salt on the rim. I cut it from the cover of an old cutting mat!

Dory - Finding Nemo

I created this with George and Animal Kingdom. It could be changed to all George by replacing the fins with oval shapes. After cutting and assembling, I used chalk to give some dimension. Also, I used a fine tip black pen for the black on the fins. I used a yellow fine tip and a blue fine tip to draw lines on the fins for more detail.

These waves were made with George. This was the first thing that I tried to make with Design Studio. I really overworked it and make it much more difficult than it should have been.

Lightning McQueen - Cars

I reworked this a bit and I think improved it. I designed this using Design studio and the George cartridge.

Directions:

First cut the white base. Then cut the black, then the red. Layer the black over the white, then layer the red over the white. (The wheel wells can be chalked or hand colored). Finally, cut the yellow layer and apply to the red. I believe that this will be even cuter with google eyes. (Probably 8mm)

Crown Book

I made the crown with Design Studio and the George cartridge. This was my first book and was challenging. Some chipboard I tried was too thick. It really has to be thin. Also, I tried to use modge podge to adhere the paper and the chipboard was just to thin and warped. This was for photos from my granddaughter's first birthday party.

Finding Nemo

I created this clownfish using George and Animal Kingdom. I first tried to make layers including the black but this proved to complicated and the cuts were too thin and kept tearing. Therefore, I simplified the design and now you must outline the fins with a black pen. I also used a white signo pen to whiten the very edge of the fins. I did this also with 8 mm google eyes and I loved the result.
